Warehouse Associate - Dubrovnik, Croatia

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Your main duties will include receiving and storing incoming shipments, picking and packing orders for delivery, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also be responsible for organizing the warehouse and ensuring a safe working environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damages
- Organize and store products in designated locations within the warehouse
- Retrieve products from inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pack orders according to packing lists, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging for safe delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems or manual tracking methods
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock levels are accurate
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills including experience with inventory management systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Croatian is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
