Sales Manager - Indian Nationals - Medina, Saudi Arabia


A fast-growing company in Medina is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. This position is open for Indian nationals who are currently residing in Medina or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek new clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve their individual targets
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry (sales experience in the hospitality sector is preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Must be an Indian national residing in Medina or willing to relocate
