Sales Manager - Part Time (Egyptian Nationals Only)


We are a growing company in Medina seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Egyptian national, you will have the opportunity to work with our diverse team and bring your unique perspective and skills to the role.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with clients. Your strong communication skills and ability to motivate and lead a team will be essential in achieving our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and support to team members
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients or opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to support overall business objectives
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality is mandatory for this role
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Medina, but remote work options may be available depending on circumstances.
