Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a motivated and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the food service industry and be able to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is required and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month, free visa and ticket for Indian nationals. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns professionally
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and processing payments
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
