Administrative Director - Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Administrative Director to lead our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an English-speaking professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Oversee budget management and financial reporting
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and partners
- Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding effective solutions
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication
- Experience working in the African market is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, and reporting processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $900 per month
This is a full-time position that includes accommodation. We also provide assistance with obtaining a work visa for non-Qatari nationals.
