Job Title: Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Al Buraymi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and appointments, maintaining records and databases, and providing general support to the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations
- Provide support to the office by ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance services, and handling other general tasks
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Salary: 1300$ per month (without accommodation)
Location: Al Buraymi (open for all nationalities)
