In this role, you will assist in the maintenance and care of gardens in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting, pruning, and maintaining plants and flowers
- Weed and mulch garden beds
- Water and fertilize plants as needed
- Operate gardening equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Monitor plant health and report any problems to senior gardeners
- Assist with garden design and layout under the guidance of senior team members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred but not required
- Passion for plants and nature
- Basic knowledge of gardening techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good physical stamina
- Strong attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive starting salary of $1800 per month along with opportunities for growth within the company.
