Concierge Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, mainly Indian nationals, who are looking for English speaking jobs in the city. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$, and we offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with their inquiries and needs
- Provide information about job opportunities in Al-Rayyan to Indian nationals
- Help clients with visa sponsorship process and related paperwork
- Maintain a well-organized and professional front desk area
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Handle client complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the concierge desk
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred
- No prior experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have valid visa to work in Al-Rayyan
