Indian Concierge in Al-Rayyan

We are in search of an Indian Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This position is open to candidates without previous experience, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or for activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English not required)
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
