Part-Time Cashier
We are hiring a Part-Time Cashier to join our team at a busy retail store in Salalah. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
- Accurately count and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining product displays
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, etc.
- Adhere to all health & safety guidelines while on shift
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must hold a valid visa allowing part-time employment in Salalah
