Mason Supervisor



We are currently hiring a Mason Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of masonry techniques and materials, and the ability to communicate effectively with both English-speaking employees and Indian workers.

As a Mason Supervisor, your duties will include overseeing the work of masons, providing guidance and training to new employees, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed on construction sites. You will also be responsible for ordering materials, maintaining equipment, and monitoring project budgets.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience as a mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional training or certifications in masonry or construction management is preferred.
