We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team at a bustling cafe in Isa Town. As a Barista, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for coffee and customer service while creating delicious beverages for our valued customers. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role who can work well under pressure and deliver exceptional service with a smile.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining area
- Ensure all orders are accurate and presented in a timely manner
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering questions about menu items
- Upsell additional products or specials to customers as needed
- Receive and process payments from customers using cash registers or other methods of payment
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee making techniques, latte art skills is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs calmly and efficiently
- Good communication skills in spoken English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be 12th pass with basic math skills for cash handling

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with visa sponsorship. This is a contract job without accommodation.
