Smelter Operator
We are seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Nairobi. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining furnaces and other equipment used in the smelting process. Your duties will include monitoring and adjusting temperatures, levels of materials, and flow rates to ensure efficient production. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and making necessary adjustments.

In this role, you must have a strong understanding of metallurgy and the smelting process. You should also have experience operating various types of furnaces, such as electric arc furnaces or cupola furnaces. Additionally, you must be able to work well in a team environment and follow all safety protocols.

As a Smelter Operator, you will play a crucial role in our company's production process. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues will help us maintain high-quality standards and meet production targets. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided, so candidates must already reside in Nairobi or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
