Job Title: Entry Level Turner


A reputable manufacturing company in Nairobi is seeking an Entry Level Turner to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about the manufacturing industry and eager to learn and develop their skills as a Turner.

As an Entry Level Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. You will work closely with experienced Turners to learn the trade and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate turning machines according to set specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification in Turning or related field preferred
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge of turning machines is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1500 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
