Administrator (Pakistani)

As an administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our company in Ar Rumaythiyah. You will handle a variety of tasks including managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies. We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- English speaking proficiency
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Ability to work without accommodation
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship
- Suitable for male candidates

Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and calendars for company personnel
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, etc.
- Ensure all office operations run smoothly

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
