Waiter/Waitress (Malayalee preferred)


We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Make recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout the meal
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and workstations

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must have valid visa sponsorship
- Malayalee nationality preferred
