Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing top-notch customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take food and drink orders
- Provide recommendations on menu items and up-sell special dishes
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Process payments using POS system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
1600$ per month
