Entry-Level Gardener

We are hiring an Entry-Level Gardener to join our team in Nairobi. As an Entry-Level Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a beginner or non-native gardener to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Mowing, weeding, and trimming lawns and flower beds
- Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Watering plants and maintaining irrigation systems
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Collecting and disposing of leaves, debris, and other garden waste
- Assisting with landscaping projects as assigned

Requirements:
- No prior gardening experience necessary but a passion for gardening is a must
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Basic knowledge of gardening tools and equipment preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn from more experienced team members

Compensation:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates should have their own housing arrangements. This position is suitable for men who are looking to start their career in gardening.
