We are seeking a dedicated Collector to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients. This is a contract job with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided, suitable for men.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone, email or in-person to collect overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with clients
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Monitor accounts to identify delinquent payments and take necessary actions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing issues or disputes
- Provide excellent customer service while dealing with clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Collector or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
