Part-Time Caregiver in Nairobi



We are hiring a Part-Time Caregiver to provide compassionate and high-quality care for our client in Nairobi. As a caregiver, you will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also provide emotional support and engage in activities with the client to promote their well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals according to the client's dietary needs and preferences
- Engage in conversation and activities with the client to promote socialization and cognitive stimulation
- Administer medication as directed by the client's medical team
- Monitor changes in the client's physical or mental health and report any concerns to the appropriate medical professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the client
- Communicate effectively with the client's family members and medical team

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role
- Caring and compassionate nature with a passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from medical professionals
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures
- Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references from previous clients or employers
- Must be legally eligible to work in Nairobi

Salary:

The salary for this part-time position is 1300$ per month.
