Babysitter in Nairobi, Kenya



We are seeking a responsible and loving Babysitter to join our family in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing attentive and nurturing care for our children while maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. This is a full time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for our children
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children as needed
- Help with homework and engage in educational activities
- Organize and supervise playtime activities both indoors and outdoors
- Change diapers, bathe, and dress the children as necessary
- Follow the family's rules and routines for the children
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Excellent understanding of child development stages
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children of different ages
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Must be able to provide at least 2 references from previous childcare experience
- Must be willing to undergo a background check

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants/toddlers
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
