We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Nairobi. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and chimneys using various materials including bricks, stones, and concrete blocks. The ideal candidate will have experience in masonry work and possess the physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or design plans to determine the layout and dimensions of the structure
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific requirements
- Mix mortar or other adhesives according to specifications
- Lay bricks or stones in an organized pattern using various tools such as trowels, levels, and plumb lines
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged or missing bricks or stones
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand or power tools
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and design plans
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Knowledge of different masonry materials and their properties
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
