We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and guidance
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Ability to travel for business purposes as needed
Preferred:
