Sales Manager for Furniture Store in Clairvaux, France



As a Sales Manager at our furniture store in Clairvaux, France, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets
- Train new sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify potential new product lines or marketing strategies
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and inventory management to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products based on sales data
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities through networking, attending trade shows, etc.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and changing consumer behaviors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the furniture industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and employees at all levels
- Experience using CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in French is preferred but not required
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in France

Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month
- The store is open Monday-Saturday, with occasional weekend shifts required
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
