Administrative Assistant
Location: Medina, Egypt
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the office by handling various administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.
Your role will also involve conducting research and providing support for various projects as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and maintaining files and documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conducting research as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
