Construction Manager - Ajman, United Arab Emirates


A reputable construction company in Ajman is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects according to agreed upon timelines and budget
- Oversee and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors and other staff members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Review project plans, specifications and schedules to identify any potential issues or conflicts
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being done according to plan and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
