Resort Manager

We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our luxury resort located in Medina, Egypt. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, financial success, and overall smooth functioning of the resort.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all departments within the resort including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Monitor financial performance of the resort, prepare budgets, and make strategic decisions to increase profitability.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner.
- Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the resort.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel or resort management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
