Resort Manager


As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury resort in Medina. You will ensure that all aspects of the resort, including guest satisfaction, staff management, and financial performance, are running smoothly. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the resort's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff to maintain high levels of service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the resort and attract new guests
- Manage budget and expenses to achieve financial targets
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury resort setting
- Proven track record of successful staff management and customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel software systems
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Must be willing to relocate to Medina
