Architectural Technologist - Contract Position (Abu Dhabi)


We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for developing detailed architectural designs and technical drawings based on client requirements and building codes. You will also be involved in project management, overseeing construction progress and ensuring compliance with design plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure design plans meet client requirements.
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with design plans.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
