Hotel Sales Manager in Las Vegas, USA
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing occupancy by promoting our hotel to potential clients and maintaining relationships with current accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry trade shows
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
- Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and guest satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date on market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related field is required
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Knowledge of the local market in Las Vegas is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
