Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager - Las Vegas


We are currently hiring for a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales for our hotel property. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Analyze market trends and identify potential new business opportunities
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure the best customer experience
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the hotel
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments within the hotel
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. Las Vegas residents preferred.
