Concierge Assistant
As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests at our hotel in Kathmandu. You will assist the Concierge in fulfilling guest requests, recommending local attractions and activities, and coordinating reservations for dining, transportation, and other services. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month, ideal for students or individuals without previous experience. Accommodations will be provided. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in procedures
- Providing information about the hotel and local area to guests
- Recommending and arranging reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, and other services
- Assisting with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a positive attitude
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Keeping track of incoming and outgoing packages for guests
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and making photocopies

Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
