Information Technology Manager

Our company, based in Riyadh, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team of professionals. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure of our organization and ensuring its efficiency and security. We are seeking an individual with a strong background in IT and excellent leadership skills to manage our team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and plans in line with the company's goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the organization's technological systems including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Evaluate current systems and make recommendations for improvement or upgrades.
- Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure the security of all company data and information by implementing proper protocols and procedures.
- Monitor systems to ensure they are functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies in order to make informed decisions regarding system upgrades or changes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, hardware, software, and security protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience with project management and budgeting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.

Salary: $1000 per month
Contract Type: Full-time
