We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision metal parts. Your duties will include loading and unloading materials, adjusting machine settings, and performing quality checks on finished products. The ideal candidate must have prior experience operating CNC machines and be able to read technical drawings and blueprints. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and includes a free visa and ticket for non-Kenyan nationals. Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure proper cutting, shaping, or drilling of materials
- Inspect finished products for defects or errors using precision measuring tools
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine product specifications
- Troubleshoot issues with the machine or production process as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the machine

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC operation is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with G-code programming language is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time
