Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Al-Kuwait. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are kept within budget
- Oversee the hiring of contractors and subcontractors for various phases of construction
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before commencing construction
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary: 1800$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Al-Kuwait.
