Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Remish. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction or demolition projects. As an Excavator Operator, you will work closely with the construction team to ensure that excavation work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow project plans and blueprints to determine the location and depth of excavation
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Dig trenches, load and unload materials, and assist with other tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate excavation work with other construction activities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid excavator operator certification/license
- Strong knowledge of excavation techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: $1600 per month (part-time)
