Sales Manager
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities within our company. You will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills as you will be managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze market trends
- Identify new business opportunities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Keep track of inventory and manage product distribution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg (open to candidates from any nationality)
