Entry Level Baker

As an Entry Level Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Knead, roll, cut, shape, and decorate dough for various baked goods
- Bake items in ovens or on grills
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked properly
- Prepare and bake special order items upon request
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a bakery or culinary setting is a plus
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
- Team player with excellent communication skills
