Senior Barber

As a Senior Barber, you will use your skills and experience to provide high-quality barbering services to our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for performing a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. This position requires someone with excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis. Additionally, you must have a strong knowledge of current trends and techniques in the barbering industry. Previous experience in a similar role is required. This is a full-time position based in Medina, offering a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Barber
- Must hold a valid biometric passport (if not originally from Medina)
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have knowledge of current trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Previous experience working with diverse clientele is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality barbering services including hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the barbershop at all times
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Provide recommendations to clients for hair care products and treatments
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of sales
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Train new barbers on company policies, procedures, and techniques if required

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (barber school certification preferred)
- Valid barber license (if not originally from Medina)
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles
- Ability to use various tools including clippers, scissors, and razors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
