Sales Manager - Muscat, Oman

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team in Muscat, Oman. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets and forecasting, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Candidates must have their own visa and preference will be given to female candidates.

Salary: 1000 USD per month

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction
- Must have own visa (sponsorship not provided)
- Preference will be given to female candidates

Responsibilities:
