Job Title: Temporary Executive Chef (Accommodation Provided)



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the preparation of all meals
- Create and update menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed
- Order and maintain inventory of food, equipment, and supplies
- Monitor food costs and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also maintaining high standards for taste and presentation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Accommodation:
We offer accommodation for our temporary employees at no cost. The accommodation includes a private room with basic amenities such as a bed, wardrobe, desk/chair, and shared bathroom facilities. This allows our employees to focus on their work without having to worry about finding housing during their temporary assignment.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Location:
