Job Title: Executive Chef - Temporary (Muharraq, Bahrain)

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Muharraq, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong background in culinary arts, with the ability to create innovative and delicious dishes. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new menu items and recipes
- Manage inventory levels and control costs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Maintain high quality standards for all dishes served
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations
- Creativity and innovation in menu planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other departments
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Certification from a culinary institute or equivalent experience required
- Experience working in high volume restaurants or hotels preferred

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Muharraq, Bahrain. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the temporary contract.
