Seasonal Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi for a seasonal position. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous experience managing an Indian cuisine restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high quality of food and service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a seasonal position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, customer service, and finances
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Create schedules for staff members to ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant premises

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and ingredients
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1500/month (seasonal)

Location: Abu Dhabi (with provided accommodation)
