Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Malayalee Preferred


We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
- Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and profitability of the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant financial management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English
- Malayalee nationality preferred
