Job Title: Sales Manager - Dubai


An established company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure cohesive efforts towards company goals

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
