Restaurant Manager
We are in search of a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant located in Al-Rayyan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, waitstaff, and other employees to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control to meet our high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate supply levels while minimizing waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations throughout the restaurant.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to interact with customers from different backgrounds.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Valid work permit or residency in Al-Rayyan.
Salary: $900 per month
