Sales Manager - Biometric Solutions (Nairobi, Kenya)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. As the Sales Manager for our biometric solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account management. Your primary focus will be on selling our biometric passport solutions to government agencies and organizations.

As the ideal candidate, you should have a strong understanding of the biometric industry and experience in selling complex technology solutions. You should also have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify potential customers and build relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Work closely with the technical team to understand product capabilities and provide accurate information to customers
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the biometric industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance.
