We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$, providing accommodation and visa sponsorship. We welcome applicants of all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Install and update software on company computers
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network and system issues
- Maintain data backups to ensure data integrity
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to the network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Server 2012/2016)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CCNA or MCSE
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS or Azure)
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
