IT Support Specialist

We are in need of an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Acre. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by employees and clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, virus scans, and backups
- Set up new user accounts and equipment for employees
- Train employees on basic computer skills and software applications
- Communicate effectively with team members to identify issues and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS environments
- Experience with remote desktop tools and customer service principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
