As a Junior Android Developer, you will work closely with our experienced development team to design and develop innovative mobile applications for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Android platform and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced, user-friendly mobile applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing applications
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Android development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language
- Familiarity with the Android SDK and Studio development environment
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data structures
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience developing mobile applications on the Android platform
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile app design
